An Arab came to India to get a heart surgery. Unfortunately, his blood group was the Bombay Blood Group – the rarest blood group in the world.
So, appeals were sent out all across the world. A donor was found in Ahmedabad, India.
After the surgery was over, the Arab thanked the donor by sending him luxury cars, watches, gold, and lots of Dirhams.
As luck would have it, a year later, a second surgery was needed. The donor was contacted, and sure enough, he was happy to oblige.
After the surgery, he received his Thank you hamper. But this time, it included a Thank you card and a box of Karachi Halwa sweets.
Perplexed, the donor called up the patient and enquired about the cause of this change of heart. Was he upset about something?
The patient laughed heartily and said, “Not upset at all Motabhai, but you see, now I have Gujarati blood in my veins!”
