It was reported today that Microsoft is considering a 49% stake in Open AI – the company behind the very successful chatbot GPT 3.
The terms of the deal are that MS will get 75% of revenues till it recoups its investment, and will then own 49% equity. 2% will be owned by the nonprofit parent of Open AI, while the other investors will share the remaining 49%.
Chat GPT will be integrated into MS Word, and other office applications.
We have to share this meme on the occasion.

Context, some years ago, Google launched GSuite, now called Google Workspace, to get a share of the Office productivity apps market, which is currently dominated by Microsoft globally.
